  • How does bubbly work?

    Our convenient and affordable laundry service platform allows you to schedule/request weekly

    pick up service which will be deliver in a 24- hour time frame. No contracts and no hidden charges.

    Bubbly’s monthly subscription provides wash & fold, delivered at a low monthly cost. Enjoy the ease of

    not carrying those heavy laundry bags and letting us do the lifting. Also, customers can wash and drop

    off their laundry and dry cleaning at our physical location.

  • What does wash and fold mean?

    It means you never have to do laundry again! Our cleaners will take your laundry, wash, dry

    and fold it at their facilities. They will wrap it in special packaging, and you will no longer have to waste

    your time waiting at the Laundromat or that dank room in your apartment building.

  • How does the Bubbly service work?

    First, log in to the App or Website and schedule a pick-up time. Gather your laundry and divide

    it by dry cleaning. or wash and fold. Your delivery driver will meet you at the scheduled time with

    garment bags to collect your clothes. Your cleaner will inventory your clothes at their facility and update

    the app with your order. Once your clothes are clean, we will notify you to schedule a time and location

    for delivery. You will also receive a receipt, and your credit card will be charged accordingly. Your

    delivery driver will meet you at the scheduled time with your clean clothes in garment bags you can

    keep for your next order!

  • Do I have to be home to meet the driver?

    You do not have to be home to meet the driver, but you will be responsible for the safety of

    your laundry. Feel free to leave your laundry on your porch, with a neighbor, door person, or anywhere

    else accessible to our driver. Please include this information in the “Special Instructions” app, so our

    drivers are aware.

  • What if my driver is running late?

    Your driver should arrive promptly at the scheduled time or you will be notified in advance if

    the driver is running later for any reason.
